I can be a very strict person, but still maintain my anger. I will be able to assist the commander in any ways needed when he is too busy or offline, as too showing up to meetings that he isn’t available for. I can give him information if he missed any and assist in taking tasks off his back that a 2IC should able to handle, or more. This can ease the commander to doing more training for the regiment to make it the best as can be. I will be able to show the people who don’t understand the concepts while the commander shows the others more advance combat.
