--Application--

=14pxDo you have any experience as a Regiment Commander or 2nd In Command? =14pxNo, I have not, but I have am willing to learn and be a trusted 2IC in the pilots. I think my capabilities can be expanded as learning to be a 2IC can help me in the future if I become a commander (If my commander leaves pilots)

=14pxWhy do you want to be the Commander of the Regiment (100 Words Minimum)? I want to be 2IC for pilots because I can be a powerful impact. If my commander isn’t online when I’m am available, the regiment will not be running around like a bunch of headless chickens with my leadership. I will be able to give commands to the regiment as would the commander do and maintaining respect for my pilots by other regiments. I can help step the pilots into line when needed, but still maintaining the respect from my fellow pilots. I will be a fall-back option if the commander fails to lead the regiment into battle and gets shot down.

=14pxWhat can you bring to the Regiment as Commander (150 Words Minimum)? As the 2IC, I can bring strict leadership as the commander does, but still listening to orders. I can be a very strict person, but still maintain my anger. I will be able to assist the commander in any ways needed when he is too busy or offline, as too showing up to meetings that he isn’t available for. I can give him information if he missed any and assist in taking tasks off his back that a 2IC should able to handle, or more. This can ease the commander to doing more training for the regiment to make it the best as can be. I will be able to show the people who don’t understand the concepts while the commander shows the others more advance combat. The stragglers will be able to learn quickly, but be able to maintain the succession rate of each regiments at its very finest.

--Declaration--

=14pxAs a Commander of a Regiment, you will have a lot of people serving under you and will be entrusted a lot of power. Do you promise never to abuse the power that you have been given? Yes, I do promise to never abuse the powers given to me.

I would have to give this one as a +1 because he knows a lot about pilots as he is a good pilot him self.
He did a very good application and put a lot of hard work in to it.
